Leadership & Perspective

The Fortitude Collective was founded on the belief that organisational resilience is as much a matter of character as it is of strategy. Our founder’s path to this work is shaped by a professional background that began in strategy consulting and executive search, followed by a long-standing commitment to the field of education.

Early experience within the hospitality and consumer sectors provided a practical look at the human and systemic factors that allow an organisation to remain stable. This foundation was subsequently deepened by over a decade as an educator and facilitator. Throughout this time, a central focus has been the practice of building trust — developing straightforward strategies to foster mutual reliance and empathy among both students and staff.
Having guided over 1,000 educators in enhancing their skills for facilitating character and citizenship education experiences, Jason has spent years observing how values are shared and how harmony is maintained within large, complex systems.
Today, Jason acts as a quiet partner to leaders, blending a strategist’s eye for clarity with an educator’s focus on long-term growth. By placing the cultivation of trust at the heart of every engagement, the goal is simple: to help institutions find the poise and strength required to endure.
